couple purchasing a home from a real estate agent

Contract-to-Close

One of the most common resources for transaction coordination is navigating the contract-to-close process. Data from the National Association of REALTORS® indicated that in 2022, five percent of deals never made it to the closing table and more than fifteen percent were delayed. While these percentages may seem small, they represent lost income for real estate agents that likely resulted from a simple mistake in the paperwork.

Agents shouldn’t have to be meticulously crossing every “T” and dotting every “I!” Let the professionals at Modern Transactions take care of the tedium so you can get back to doing what you love, selling real estate and helping people achieve their dreams.

Our Contract-to-Close services vary depending on whether you are representing the buyer or seller. For each, we offer two levels of support and a combination with pre-listing, pre-buyer, and post-closing marketing offerings.
