How We Work
We provide transaction support for Pre-Listing and Pre-Contract functions, Contract-to-Close processes like managing repair requests and scheduling inspections and Post-Closing Marketing. We close the loop on every deal by asking for reviews on your behalf and even managing simple social media transaction posting to ensure a speedy marketing effort gets underway for the busy agent.
Agents can choose from two levels of support for each service, the Basic or Top Producer Packages. We also offer full social media management if an agent is looking for complete, turn key service. These three offerings range in levels of support, number of social platforms, and analytics.
Our model of support is built by agents for agents, with text message communication, calendar reminders of important dates, and integration with the transaction management system you prefer.
