Build rapport with clients

A valid real estate license in your state of operation, ensuring compliance with real estate regulations.
At least 2–3 years of experience managing real estate transactions from contract to close.
Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and centralized operations systems.
Skilled at maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, agents, escrow officers, and other stakeholders.
Ability to deliver transaction updates proactively and handle inquiries effectively.
Knowledge of repair negotiation strategies
Ability to mediate and handle unforeseen issues without disrupting the transaction timeline.
